A FRENCH FEAST WITH ELLIOT HASHTROUDI
Elliot Hashtroudi, head chef of London Borough Market’s restaurant, Camille, joins us for a feast of french cooking.
Camille is a neighbourhood restaurant inspired by the rustic farm to table cooking of France. Sustainability is a central focus at the restaurant, Elliot is led by the farmers he works with and what’s available every week, with no part of the animal or the produce going to waste, from offal to animal fat and bones and beyond.
Elliot’s menu celebrates a variety of French cooking techniques and by working directly with local farmers and growers uses a simple approach to cooking that captures the energy of a regional French table.

SEA SHANTY NIGHT
Stoke Gabriel’s own shanty crew, ALL HANDS ON DECK, will be joining us at The Church House for a night of music and food from the sea.
Food will be available from 6pm and music will begin at 7:30pm
We will be serving:
River Dart Oysters at £3.50 each
Fish Pie OR Leek & Potato Pie at £15pp
Booking for food is advisable. Please let us know your preferences when making the booking.
There is no entry fee but we will be collecting for the RNLI throughout the night.
